Zefant LC3E Module
Die "Zefant LC3E" Module basieren auf einem Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA mit 100K oder 250K System Gatter und beinhalten neben der Spannungsversorgung auch SRAM und Flash Memory.
The "Zefant LC3E" modules are setting new patterns in the entry segment below 100 EUR. They offer most of the advantages of the larger modules, but can be plugged directly into standard breadboard PCBs, no high density connectors are required. Additionally they are particularly economically priced.They are based on Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGAs with 100,000 or 250,000 system gates and do also include power supply, SRAM and flash memory.

Zefant nano Module
Die "Zefant-nano" Module basieren auf einem Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGA mit 500K oder 1200K System Gatter. Neben einem 128MBit Flash Memory und 128MBit PSRAM sind auch ein Coolrunner CPLD, effiziente Schaltregler mit weitem Eingangsspannungsbereich und weitere Hardware auf den nur 30x37mm kleinen Modulen vorhanden.
Wie die anderen Module sind auch die Zefant-nano Module stapelbar. Sie stehen in zwei Ausführungen, mit einem oder zwei BTB-Steckverbindern zur Verfügung.
