The family of "Zefant modules" is extended by the new Zefant nano modules.

If you're seeking for the smallest FPGA modules available with Xilinx FPGAs, then "Zefant-nano" will be your choice. The modules are shrank to the absolute minimum footprint while not ranking behind the other modules in any aspect.
The modules are based on a Spartan-3E with 500.000 or 1.2M system gates. Many additional features like: 128MBit Flash memory and 128MBit PSRAM, a coolrunner CPLD, an efficient SMPS with wide input voltage range (4 until 28V) and much more make it efficient and useful.

Like the other Zefant modules Zefant-nano is stackable.
Available are following models with one or two board-to-board connectors:

• ZN3E-1200 (Zefant nano with Spartan3E-1200 and one B2B connector)
• ZN3E-1200-DC (Zefant nano with Spartan3E-1200 and two B2B connectors)
• ZN3E-500 (Zefant nano with Spartan3E-500 and one B2B connector)
