Overview

The „SerialGate Ethernet Converter Family“ connects serial RS232 or RS422/485 devices to an Ethernet network. The existing Ethernet network infrastructure can be used. The SG–1010 (single–port) and SG–1020 (dual–port) converters enable the connection of RS232 or RS422/485 peripherals to an Ethernet network with a communication speed of up to 921.6 kbps. Side flanges allow installation on virtually any surface, or on a DIN rail with a mounting bracket. SerialGate converters require an external 9 – 30 V power supply (12 V power supply included).
