Zefant LC3E Boards
The "Zefant LC3E" modules are based on Xilinx a Spartan-3E FPGA with 100K or 250K system gates and do also include power supply, SRAM and flash memory.
The "Zefant LC3E" modules are setting new patterns in the entry segment below 100 EUR. They offer most of the advantages of the larger modules, but can be plugged directly into standard breadboard PCBs, no high density connectors are required. Additionally they are particularly economically priced.They are based on Xilinx Spartan-3E FPGAs with 100,000 or 250,000 system gates and do also include power supply, SRAM and flash memory.

Zefant nano Boards
The "Zefant-nano" modules are based on a Spartan-3E FPGA with 500K or 1200K system gates. The module contains 128 MBit flash memory and 128 MBit PSRAM, a Coolrunner CPLD, an efficient SMPS with wide input voltage range (4...28V!) and more hardware on a footprint of only 30x37mm (1.18 x 1.46").
Zefant-nano is available in two versions with one or two board-to-board connectors, which make it stackable.
