Hardware Design
Digital Hardware Design

Digital Hardware Design consists in the develoment, schematic entry and layout of microcontroller or DSP-based platforms. Some examples show the range of designed platforms:
- Xilinx FPGA (Virtex, Spartan)
- Motorola 68K
- AMD x86
- Intel XScale
- 8051
- Texas Instrument C3x
- Analog Devices Shark DSP
Analog and Mixed-Signal Hardware Design
Analog circuit design implies a good knowledge of physics. Examples are:
SMPS, ADC (24 bit, 12 Msps), DAC, analog interfaces (precision, opto-isolation, level-shifting), line drivers.
Our analog designs, almost always being part of a larger scenery, are typically working on PCI, PMC or VME extension cards.
