HDL Design

HDL design

HDL Design is comprised of specification and implementation of complex customer-specific logic in Hardware Description Languages (HDL) such as VHDL or Verilog.

We design, implement and verify customer-specific, programmable logic. Specification, implementation, design synthesis, validation and verification are embedded in a standard design-flow of hardware and software co-design. Our logic designs are typically targeted to FPGAs or PLDs. Traditionally used as "glue logic", the actual devices are flexible, cost-saving and feature-rich in order to embed components like interfaces (UART, SPI, USB), memories and even CPU-cores (8051, RISC, Microblaze). With us, you benefit from neatly designed programmable logic solutions.

Area of Expertise

  • FPGA/CPLD design and synthesis
  • Soft-cores (Xilinx MicroBlaze and Altera Nios)
  • Communication interfaces (USB, PCI-Express, Ethernet)
  • Hardware-Integration (Design-In)
