Trenz Electronic GmbH is expanding its machinery in production. The specialist for individual FPGA and SoC modules has recently integrated a new X-ray device into the existing production lines. The detailed 3D visualization of the X-ray device of the company Comet Yxlon, masters the special requirements of the application area and improves the efficiency in production.
Thanks to the new X-ray machine, we use leading technology for very precise analyses, because the complex inspections of electronic components in development require state-of-the-art technology, especially when used in the medical, automotive and aerospace industries.
