Shipping & Terms of payment

1. Shipping costs

The costs for packaging, shipping and insurance are updated on an ongoing basis and can be found in the detailed product description. The respective amounts incurred are shown separately and invoiced during the order process in the filled shopping cart and also afterwards when going to the checkout.

Delivery is made by UPS or optionally by DHL within Germany in one to two working days, by UPS in member states of the European Union in two days to two weeks, unless otherwise stated in the detailed product description.

2. Custom duties and fees in non-EU countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, fees and charges may be payable by the customer.

3. Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by credit card (Mastercard & VISA)
- PayPal
- Invoice (for existing customers from the 2nd order and corresponding creditworthiness)

For deliveries abroad:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by credit card (Mastercard & VISA)
- PayPal
