The Trenz Electronic TE0763-02-82I51-A is an industrial-grade FPGA module integrating a AMD/Xilinx Artix™ 7 200T FPGA, mini-USB connector, 128 MByte DDR3L SDRAM, 32 MByte Quad-SPI Flash memory for configuration and operation, and powerful switching-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. Numerous configurable I/O's are provided via rugged high-speed strips.
All parts are at least industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.
