Online RMA Request (Return Material Authorization)


To report a problem with a product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Fill out RMA request form

1. Fill in the form below.
2. Explain the defect of the device in detail (exact error desciption is very important).
3. By using the RMA form you accept the general terms & conditions and agree to the privacy policy for the electronic storage of your input data for this service processing (RMA).

Step 2: Mail inbox / Support Team

After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation that we have received your application. Please note that the processing time of the request may take a few working days. Our support team will get back to you in a timely manner.

Step 3: RMA number / Shipping

If it is decided by our support team that an RMA number will be assigned, you will receive an email with the RMA number an the required shipping instructions.

Please contact us before returning a device to avoid difficulties with import/export our customs clearance!
