The predecessor of this article is KK0808-03. All changes are in the Product Change Notification (PCN).

Cooling solution especially desgined for Trenz Electronic MPSoC module TE0808 (REV05 only). Revsion 05 of TE0808 has a different skyline and is therefore mechanical not compatible with KK0808-03 (Product Change Notification KK0808-05).

Important note: This heat spreader requires a so-called gapfiller. For this reason it is recommended to have the heat spreader installed here. Please leave a note in the comment box at the end of your order.
